How do I get a refund because of bad weather?

• We regret the inconvenience but we do not offer any refunds due to bad weather.  We work with promoters of affected events to see if refunds are allowed.

How do I get a refund for a ticket I purchased at the venue box office?

• You must return to the venue box office in order to receive a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event.

What is KyTickets.net’s exchange policy?

• All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.  You will be automatically notified if this occurs if you provide us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.
• If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you will be directed to return the undamaged, intact, complete ticket order.  Check the website for instructions pertaining to the venue.  Your tickets must be returned to us at least 24-hours prior to the newly scheduled event in order for you to be eligible for a refund.  We must receive your unused tickets before a refund will be issued.  Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically.
